Our cattle are raised on our chemical-free pastures. Our cattle are bred and raised in Conroe, Texas without any hormones, vaccinations or harmful injections. Here's How It Works
Decide if you want a whole steer or half a steer
You place the order, we raise the animal
50% of the animal purchase is due at the time of reservation
When the animals are ready for processing (around November - December), we will deliver the animal to our processing plant
You contact the processing plant and place your order for the cuts you prefer
When the meat is ready to be picked up, you pay the processor, pick up the packaged meat and enjoy some incredible, healthy steak, or whatever type of beef you love!

We started raising cattle with the cows our kids showed in FFA and our herd continued to grow. We started selling our steers for our local friends and it was so well liked that more and more people have requested to reserve a steer. We do have limited availability so your reservation needs to be made ASAP or you will likely not be able to reserve one this year.
We have purchased a steer from Platinum Cattle for a couple of years and we never intend to buy our beef from the grocery store again. We buy a half a steer each year and it's plenty for our family. Can't wait to get our next one!
